Q. Do we ship to the United States?
A. Yes we do ship to the United States, Canada and the rest of the world, using DHL or UPS ~ with a whole journey trackable and signed for delivery! If you are in the USA or Canada we have a dedicated Beatwear webstore for just you! Check out the top right hand corner of the homepage for the icon to change to the US/Canadian store.
Q. How much are the products in US $?
A. We have a US version of this website that shows all prices in US$ - look for the icon in the top right hand corner of our homepage if the website hasn't already alerted you to it!
Q. Do your boots run small?
A. Yes, our regular Beatwear Premium Italian range run less than half a size small, our new Beatwear Ringo and DC5 range runs more true to size. Check out the boot sizing guide on the information tab - or look at the size and fit guide on the individual boot listing.
Q. Does Beatwear offer sponsorship?
A. Sorry, we don’t currently offer any sponsorship
Q. Do you offer discount?
A. No, we offer an exceptional product for the best possible value for money. ~ We do however offer promotions and band discounts from time to time. Have you checked out what’s on our Clearance Lot's & Sale page?

Q. Do you offer women's sizes?
A. We have a couple of women's style available now - look for the womens tab on the homepage.
We have a Zip boot and an Original Chelsea. If the boots are successful then we will have a loook at some of the other models too.
We do have some women with a larger size foot already buying our mens styles!
Q. Where else can I get Beatwear products?
A. Take a look at our stockists tab, to see who stocks products from our Beatwear Ranges. We are adding more to this stockists list so if there isn't anyone near you now, there may be in the near future. Keep checking back!
We do occasionally have stands at Beatlefests across the USA, and here at the Adelphi in Liverpool during August's Beatle Week! Follow us on our social media pages as we will let you know on there where and when we go on the road!
Q. What happens if my boots/clothes just don't fit right?
A. We ask that you always email us first before taking any other kind of action if you have a problem with the fit of your Beatwear product.
Q. What are your hours of work?
A. We usually work Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm GMT (UK time), but we try to be quite flexible when someone needs to visit the showroom on an evening or a weekend.
The couriers we use only pick up on a working day, so we can only ship out Monday thru Friday.
* Please remember we are a small family business, and family time is important to us too ... especially if you are emailing and expecting a quick reply out of hours!
